Sensory Glisk, (2018 - ongoing)

Soft sculptures, vibrotactile, electronic textiles, oral histories

Sensory Glisk is a cross-cultural collaboration between Greer Pester and Salima Punjani that began in 2018. After years of finding each other across different countries and sharing their social art practices, they came together to blend their approaches into a series of playful soft sculptures born from deep conversations that translate into profound silliness.

Rooted in slowness and gestures of friendship and nourishment, their practice invites others into spaces they dream of to sustain themselves.

Exhibitions:

Picnic and Play - Longhaul Studios
Musée Régionale de Rimouski - Festival Tendresse with Caravanserail
Montreal Arts Interculturels - Montreal Arts Accessibles
